Experience a blend of advanced and intermediate Pilates sequences, intertwined with classic traditional moves in our dynamic reformer classes - a session full of delightful surprises! This controlled practice targets muscle groups, emphasising core stability, improving posture, and promoting a balanced, full-body workout. Reformer Pilates also enhances flexibility, joint mobility and overall functional fitness.

Jumpboard Reformer

Jumpboard Reformer Pilates is a dynamic variation of traditional Pilates that incorporates a specialised accessory called a jumpboard. The jumpboard is attached to the reformer machine, allowing practitioners to perform exercises that involve jumping and rebounding off the board. This form of Pilates adds a cardivascular element to the workout, offering a high-energy and engaging experience. It’s particularly effective for enhancing lower body strength, cardiovascular fitness, and overall agility while maintaining core principles of Pilates.
